All soaps, shampoos, razors, toothbrushes, shower curtains, shower rods, hanging caddies, photographs, etc. should be removed from the area. Remove anything that is easily movable with a finger. The shower doors and tracks should ideally be removed before we come. The tile or tub should be ready for refinishing if any fixtures, such as toilets, vanities, cabinets, or pedestal sinks, are in the way. Although it is not necessary, we would greatly appreciate it if you could vacuum the rooms and give them a quick cleaning. Less surface dust that settles on freshly refinished surfaces is another benefit of a clean atmosphere.
Q: Is there a distinction between reglazing and refinishing bathtubs?
A: No. All of these terms refer to the same process of adding a fresh finish to a hard surface, including bathtub refinishing, bathtub reglazing, tile refinishing, and tile reglazing. Do not mistake applying new porcelain with this. Only a kiln may be used to bake porcelain (oven).

A: Yes. We provide a three-year warranty against finish lifting or peeling on tub surrounds, wall tile, and floor tile. This should be distinct from the anticipated lifetime of your finish. Your finish may last considerably longer with proper care, much like a car’s warranty will eventually expire. Chips brought on by overhead impacts are not covered by us. Your responsibility is to promptly contact us if a touch-up is necessary and fits within the parameters of this guarantee. In that case, all labor and materials will be provided at no additional cost. You will be charged for service or repair if a problem exceeds the parameters of this guarantee.
Maintenance & Care (Tile, Bathroom Sink, and Tub)
- After the work is finished, the surface must continue to dry for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove any masking tape and paper with caution.
- After 24 hours, reinstall any hardware, including drains, faucets, handles, and so on.
- Bath mats with suction cups are never to be used! Any kind of suction cup can harm the finish.
- Only non-abrasive cleaners should be used when cleaning. After use, completely discard the cleanser. Useless to use bleach cleansers.
- Never keep soaps, shampoos, bath oils, shaving cream, or other items on the edge of the tub. These products’ chemicals have the potential to gradually harm the finish.
- Immediately fix any dripping faucets. Dripping water will hasten drain area damage and corrosion.
- Before pouring any liquid drain opener directly into the drain, use caution to prevent spills on the completed surface.
- In 3–4 weeks with regular cleaning and use, the majority of surface dust will disappear. Keep your fingers away from surface dust.
